Instructions

    • 1

Peel the bananas that you would like to dehydrate.

    • 2

Cut the bananas into thin round slices, no more than half an inch thick. If you desire to make your slices thicker you can do so. However, it will take longer for thicker slices to dehydrate.

    • 3

Coat your cookie sheet by lightly spraying it with a cooking spray of your choice.

    • 4

Arrange the banana slices onto a cookie sheet.

    • 5

Place the cookie sheet onto the top rack of an oven that has been preheated to 300 degrees. Allow the banana chips to bake in the oven for one hour. After the cookie sheet has been in the oven for 30 minutes, you should use a spatula to flip all of the banana chips over. This will ensure even coloring on both sides of the chip.

    • 6

Remove the cookie sheet from the oven. Allow your dehydrated banana chips to cool before eating.
