Instructions

1. Go to the Royal Caribbean homepage on the Internet.

2. Explore the "Plan a Cruise" options using the button at the top left-hand side of the Royal Caribbean website. This will give you an overview of the available destinations, the duration of the cruise and things you can expect to see and do. You can also request a brochure from this page that can be mailed to your home or office.

3. Review the "Hot Deals" section to learn about special promotions and discounts. You may find a bargain that coincides with your planned travel dates.

4. Check the "Before You Board" section to learn about vacation cruises, what to pack and what to expect on board in terms of food, accommodations and entertainment options.

5. Choose a cruise destination and match it with available travel dates using the "Quick Vacation Search" feature in the middle of the web page, or the "Plan a Cruise" feature at the top of the page.

6. Enter your personal information in the reservation fields and press "Enter" to continue.

7. Add any additional services (extra vacation days, travel insurance, accommodation upgrades), then press "Enter."

8. Enter your credit card information, including expiration date, and press "Enter" to make the down payment on your cruise.

9. Make a note of the due date for final payment of your cruise. Royal Caribbean requires payment in full 60 days prior to departure for a three- to five-day cruise and full payment 70 days before departure for cruises lasting seven days or more.

10. Write down your reservation confirmation number.

11. Look for your air transportation and cruise ship boarding passes to be delivered to your home or office approximately 28 days before your departure.
