Things You'll Need:
- Trusted network marketing opportunity
- Phone number with voicemail
- Advertisement in newspaper
- Information packet to send to potential downline members
-
Step 1
This method of adding downline members for your network marketing opportunity does not involve asking your family members and friends to buy the products or sign up under you. Also, there is no cold calling, website set-up, email or direct mail campaigns.
-
Step 2
The first step is to create a three line classified advertisement to list in your newspaper under the "Business Opportunities" section. Then obtain a toll free telephone number with voicemail and use it in your ad. In your ad, ask potential downline members to call the 24 hour recorded message hotline that you have set up if they want more information.
-
Step 3
Then, create a unique and enticing message that explains your opportunity. At the end of the voicemail message, ask the caller to state their name and address so that you can mail them more information.
-
Step 4
This is when you will gather viable leads and prospects. People who see the ad will call the toll free number and either hang up or leave their information.
-
Step 5
When you have the caller's name and address, send them the packet of opportunity information with your business card enclosed. When they receive the packet, they will decide whether or not to follow up with you (you have not made any phone calls yet).
-
Step 6
When your prospect calls you, you will have your opportunity to describe to them the benefits of signing up. So far you have not had to send any emails or make any cold calls. Only people who are genuinely interested have contacted you about becoming a part of your downline.
-
Step 7
The last step is the best one of all. Your prospect has joined your downline. You can help him or her sign up more members by training them on this recruiting technique.
