  1. Step 1

If you don't already have a good skin moisturizer, head down to the drug store and pick one up. When making your selection try to find one contains Hydroxyl Acids or Aloe Vera.

  2. Step 2

Pick up a tube of anti-aging cream at your local drug store. Many revered skin car companies such as Biore and Neutregena make products for wrinkles and frown lines. Before making your purchase consider logging on to a few consumer report websites to read reviews on different anti-wrinkle products.

Note: When shopping for anti-wrinkle cream try to find one with skin nourishing vitamins such as A and E.

  3. Step 3

    Coconut Oil

Purchase a unit of coconut oil to help reduce frown lines and prevent future wrinkles from occurring. Many people have sworn by coconut oil and a natural and effective way to get rid of frown lines.

  4. Step 4

    Avoid Stress

Keep in mind that stress is major cause of frown lines and wrinkles alike. Apart from advancing the appearance of aging, stress can also take a toll on your overall health and cause many adverse health conditions. Remember to take a break when you are feeling overwhelmed with stress.

  5. Step 5

    Consider Botox

If you have tried everything and still can't seem to get rid of those frown lines, consider Botox injections. Botox is not for everyone (especially if you are squeamish around needles). Consult a specialist for more information and pricing (per unit) for Botox treatment.

on 9/24/2009 Great 5 * article, love the advice and the pictures make me want to run to the mirror and look where mine are. I think that when we get old, we start to lose our eye site for a good reason, when we look in a mirror we can make out the fine details. LOL
