The popular Pandora charm bracelet was first created in 1999 in Denmark. The bracelet continues to be a favorite of women all over the world because Pandora offers the opportunity for each of its customers to personalize her own bracelet. Pandora bracelets are beautiful, sophisticated charm bracelets that will last a lifetime if you take care of them properly. These steps will ensure that your bracelet remains a piece of beauty for years and years to come.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Jewelry cleaning cloth
  • Water
  • Dishwashing liquid
  • Soft-bristled toothbrush
  1. Step 1

Store your Pandora bracelet in a cloth pouch or a separate section in your jewelry box. Proper storing will keep the bracelet from scratching and tarnishing.

  2. Step 2

Clean your bracelet with a special cloth that can be purchased from your jeweler. These cloths contain a special cleaning ingredient that is designed to clean delicate silver without harming it.

  3. Step 3

Mix a drop of dishwashing liquid with water to clean the bracelet if you cannot use a special silver cleaning cloth. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently scrub away the dirt that has gathered in the tiny cracks and crevices of the beads and chain. If your bracelet is really dirty, soak it in the dishwashing-liquid-and-water solution for 10 minutes before scrubbing.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not swim, do housework, or garden while wearing your Pandora bracelet. Chemicals will harm the silver. Do not submerge pearls in water or allow them to get wet. Remove all pearl charms before cleaning your bracelet in a water-based solution. Never use silver polish on a Pandora bracelet.
