      Download and install Zune software. The Zune supports the following operating systems: Windows 7, Vista and XP in both 32- and 64-bit format.

      Connect the USB cable to your Zune and plug the other end into your computer. Your Zune will now say Connected.

      When you attach a Zune to a USB cable, it automatically connects to the software.

      Open your Zune software from the Start menu of your computer. You will see that your Zune is connected to your Zune software.

      Click Settings and Wireless Sync. Select Setup Wireless Synch and a wizard appears to walk you through the configuration.

      The Zune software will search for wireless networks.

      The Zune begins to search for wireless networks. When it finds your wireless network, it will display the name and allow you to connect.

      Click the dropdown and choose your wireless network name.

      Enter the wireless password in the text box.

      Enter a password if your wireless network is password protected. Click Finish and you have configured the software.

      Disconnect your Zune from the USB cable.

      The Zune automatically installs the proper driver.

      Turn on your Zune and scroll down to Settings. Press the track wheel and choose Wireless. Next, select Sync and Sync with PC. Your Zune installs the proper driver and synchronizes with your computer.
