  1. Step 1

    Be clear about the position you want. If you are unsure about it, take an aptitude test to know what positions are suitable for you at the cruise line.

  2. Step 2

    Visit the official website of the Norwegian cruise line and check the careers sections to look for job openings. The following employment options will be present on the website: corporate employment, NCL shipboard employment and NCL America Shipboard Employment.

  3. Step 3

    Select jobs in the following fields: casino, medical, charter meeting and incentive sales, engine, onboard revenue, vendor operations, culinary, food and beverages operations, cruise programs, marketing and sales, deck, consumer research.

  4. Step 4

    Click on the position you want and and check out the job description, requirements, education qualifications needed, experience required and responsibilities.

    To apply for any position, e-mail shipboardresumes@ncl.com stating the position and the salary you are looking for. Attach your resume in .doc, .PDF or .txt format.
