1
Set up your hydroponic grow system in your home or greenhouse. Set up grow lights above the hydroponic system. Use the lights when there is not enough direct sunlight available.

2
Place two to three seeds in a cube of rock wool. Place rock wool cube into hydroponic containers with enough water to dampen wool.
-
-
3
Add 1 tsp. of grow medium (nutrient content) to containers once seeds have sprouted. It takes two to three days for this to be absorbed.
-
4
Transplant seedlings when they are 2 to 3 inches tall into net pots. Place the net pots in the hydroponic grow system.
-
5
Add grow medium to the hydroponic system and check the pH balance. The pH should be 5.5 to 6.5. Adjust nutrient content as needed every two weeks. Water should be completely drained and fresh water added to the system every three weeks. Harvest your tomatoes as you would in a regular container or garden.

Tips & Warnings
Check root systems for health; they should be inflated and have a white or yellow tinge. Thin roots are a sign of improper oxygenation. Prune plants ever week to promote a bush like growth.
