Chicken has long been a staple at many Sunday dinners, but chicken breasts can be somewhat of a challenge to prepare. If not cooked properly, chicken breasts can be dry and tasteless. The mushroom soup in this recipe takes care of both problems, and adds a delicious gravy that goes perfectly with the stuffing and chicken. This recipe is quick and easy to put together, and only requires one pan, so your precious weekend time can be spent on more important things, like family or a nap.

Tips & Warnings
  • This chicken breast recipe is very adaptable. Experiment with the spices and use your favorites.
  • The Mushroom soup can be reduced to one can if so desired.
  • Check the chicken breasts after 1/2 an hour as different ovens heat differently and your chicken breasts may need more or less time then called for in this recipe.
  • Always wash hands frequently when handling chicken. Chicken can carry salmonella, but proper hand washing eliminates the risk.
