Drink lots of water with an anaerobic fitness program, as dehydration leads to depressed levels of HGH. Some over-the-counter medicines such as Tylenol PM or Benadryl dehydrate the body, so avoid antihistamines and sedatives when possible (or at least two hours before and after taking your supplement).
Anaerobic fitness programs should not be attempted if you have a heart condition or bone disorder. Please consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
