Wash out an old wine bottle. If you have more than one to choose from, pick one with a pretty label.

Light a taper candle and place it in the bottle opening. Allow the wax to drip down the sides of the bottle. If you are not worried about getting hot wax on you, try dripping the wax down the bottle yourself by holding the candle sideways.
