How to Make Fudgy Brownie Pie

This is a fudge brownie pie recipe. It's easy to make and very delicious and you will eat right up once you have your first bite. It includes ingredients such as butter, chocolate, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, pecans, and whipped cream.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • mixing bowl
  • 8 taablesppoons of butter
  • 2 (1 ounce) squares of unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons self-rising flouw
  • 1 teaspoon extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 99inch) unbaked pie shell
  • whipped cream
  • finely chopped pecans optional

    This pie is very dens and rich in flavor. It takes about 12 minutes of preparation of your time. It takes longer cooking time of 25-30 minutes depending on stoves. This usually serves around 8 people or 8 servings on normal size servings.

    The first step in making these brownies is to combine the 8 tablesppons of butter with the unsweetened chocolate in the top of a double boiler. A double boiler just means that have water boliing in pot and the chocolate and butter melting together in another pot sitting on top of each other.

    Melt over simmering water, stirring frequently until fully blended. Remove from the heat. Then let it cool slightly. In the mean time you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees (f).

    Whisk the 2 large eggs in a small mixing bowl until blended. Then add the eggs,, 1 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons self-rising flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and the 1/2 cup pecans. Be sure to do them in this order so that the pecans get fully coated. Mixing well after each addition of flavor.

    Next, Spoon the mixture of chocolate and other ingredients into the un-baked pie shell.

    Next, you will need to put the pie into the oven and bake until it sets, about 25-30 minutes. After the pie has cooked, take it out of the oven and place on a cool wire rack or a dry clean space with a pot holder underneath the pie so you don't burn the counter.

    Next you will want to cut the pie into 8 equal portions. Top each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and finely chopped pecans( or whatever topping you desire)

    You can have variaton on your servings and the different size spices you would like on top of your pie. Do it to your preference. you can top everything with caramel ice cream topping for extra flavor and extra yumminess

Tips & Warnings
  • you can bake this without a pie shell on hand, just pour the filing into a greased glass cooking dish and bake the recipe as it calls for it.
