Water conservation is very important. There are ways to conserve water everyday and all around us. Doing this will help to preserve our planet and we will feel good doing so. This article shares simple steps on how to conserve water in the home.

    Take a shorter shower. Even a minute or two shorter will save many gallons of water each month. Encourage any others in your household to take shorter showers as well. This is a simple steps that can make a huge difference.

    Don’t leave the water running while brushing your teeth or while you shave. This simple step can also save gallons of water each month.

  3. Step 3

    Fix any leaks in any faucets or in the plumbing. Drips of water here and there add up and by fixing leak, you can help to conserve water.

    Only run the dishwater with full loads. Consider washing the dishes by hand in a dishpan. This can save hundreds of gallons of water each month.
