Shrimp Gnocchi is a great fast and easy dish to make. You can serve it for lunch or dinner. Gnocchi is made with potatoes, resembling the cavetelli. When adding the shrimp and Gnocchi to the red homemade sauce, it creates such a delicious flavor. The smell is out of this world. You can serve a toss side salad with this dish.
When choosing a glass of wine to serve with shrimp gnocchi, I suggest two types. 1 ) White Zinfandel
2 ) Chardonnay

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • frying pan
  • 1 pound of shrimp
  • 2 pounds of Gnocchi
  • 1 onion
  • garlic
  • red sauce homemade or jar.
  • butter or margerine
  • strainer
  • cayanne pepper
  • ( optional )
  • toss side salad
  • glass of wine
  1. Step 1

You will need 1 pound of medium shrimp, peeled and cleaned.
Peel onion and garlic. ( diced )

  2. Step 2

Drizzle some olive oil on the bottom of the frying pan on medium heat. Now add your shrimp, onion and garlic for 10 min.

  3. Step 3

Add 5 cups of your homemade red sauce to your frying pan.
Take 3 tablespoons of butter and add that to your frying pan. The red sauce will turn to a light orange color.
Add 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper to your frying pan.
