Nobody likes bad breath. Bad breath is one of the most embarrassing things and unfortunately, not many people know that they actually have it. Purchase a few items at a low cost to easily eliminate your bad breath.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Spoon
  • Toothbrush
  • Tongue Scraper
  • Floss
  • Toothpaste
  • Mouthwash
  1. Step 1

Take a spoon, and scrape it on your tongue, starting at the back and ending in the front. Let the spoon dry for 20 minutes and then smell it. Does it have a terrible smell to it? If it does you probably have bad breath.

  2. Step 2

Brush your teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste at least three times a day; morning, noon and night. This will eliminate any plaque build up and get your breath smelling minty fresh.

  3. Step 3

Floss your teeth at least once a day. Floss will get the particles in between your teeth that a toothbrush can't reach. This will eliminate plaque build up and prevent cavities from forming on your teeth.

  4. Step 4

Use a tongue scraper every morning and night. Unfortunately, a toothbrush just doesn't get all of the build up on your tongue. After you use your tongue scraper let it soak in hot water to kill all of the germs.

  5. Step 5

Lastly, rinse your mouth with mouthwash. You will be feeling and smelling great with your newly refreshed mouth!
