Whenever you search the Internet, you are leaving breadcrumbs on your computer leading to where you have been. Deleting just the history will not remove all the breadcrumbs from the trail you have taken down the Internet path. These breadcrumbs are in the shape of History and Cookie files. Cookies keep track of specific website information. Your preferences, login status and personal settings are all kept in your cookies folders.
