Things You'll Need:
- ready to bake pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, beat your 8 oz cream cheese, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 egg. Keep beating until smooth. Spread in bottom of pie crust.

Step 2
In a large bowl mix together your 1 cup puree, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 3/4 cup of evaporated milk, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice and 1/4 tsp salt. Once again mix until completely smooth. Pour in top layer of pie crust on yop of cream cheese mix. Spread evenly.

Step 3
Preheat oven to 350. Cover edges of pie crust with aluminum foil. Cook for 45 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and place back in the oven for an additional 20 minutes.

Let cool and refridgerate 1 hour before serving.
