Manage stress. Try to keep to a minimum in stress. Stress causes the body to do alot of abnormal things.

Exercise keep physically active as much as possible. A good workout 30 minutes a day will do your body wonders.

If your sick stay at home. If you stay at home when your sick this will keep from spreading your illness and the germs that are involved with it.

Avoid contact try to stay away from anyone who is sick. There germs could be spread to you and cause you to become sick.

Cover mouth and nose. When coughing make sure to cover your mouth and nose as this will help to prevent germs from spreading. Wash hands.

Dont touch eyes, nose, or mouth. This is the main way possible to spread germs, so if you must touch any of them wash your hands immediately beore and after.
