Here are a few steps to use everyday in order to have good health habits.

  1. Step 1

    Keep hands clean. Make sure to wash your hands on a regular basis.

  2. Step 2

    Drink plenty of fluids. Always keep your body hydrated.

  3. Step 3

    Get plenty of sleep. This relaxes your body and your mind and helps the body to be able to put up a fight.

  4. Step 4

    Manage stress. Try to keep to a minimum in stress. Stress causes the body to do alot of abnormal things.

  5. Step 5

    Exercise keep physically active as much as possible. A good workout 30 minutes a day will do your body wonders.

  6. Step 6

    If your sick stay at home. If you stay at home when your sick this will keep from spreading your illness and the germs that are involved with it.

  7. Step 7

    Avoid contact try to stay away from anyone who is sick. There germs could be spread to you and cause you to become sick.

  8. Step 8

    Cover mouth and nose. When coughing make sure to cover your mouth and nose as this will help to prevent germs from spreading. Wash hands.

  9. Step 9

    Dont touch eyes, nose, or mouth. This is the main way possible to spread germs, so if you must touch any of them wash your hands immediately beore and after.
