Step 1
Get plenty of rest. If you are feeling unwell, don't just go through your normal everyday life. When you do too much when you are sick, you are just making it worse.

Drink plenty of fluids. My best advice would be to just drink plenty of water. sometimes too much sugar reacts poorly with your body and just makes you feel worse.

Eat as much food as you can. Pick foods that are easily digestable. Soups(yes chicken noodle soup can is great!), veggies, fruits(bananas), pasta and crackers. Let your body tell you its limits. Its a good idea to lsiten to it!

Avoid stressfull events. The more stress you have, the more likely you are to come down with something. If you don't believe me, go to a local college and see how many people are sick during finals. Don't stress over things you don't have control over. Relax and enjoy life.

Live life to its fullest but be cautious and take note of what you are doing. If you can remember what you did, sicknesses are much easier to treat.
