How to Upload Photos in Facebook Using the Simple Uploader

Do you find Facebook to be difficult to navigate? Would you like to know how to upload photos to share with your friends? Follow these easy illustrated steps and share your photos in no time!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Computer
• Internet connection
• Browser
• Knowledge of where your photos are on your computer

1. Open your web browser and go to www.facebook.com. Log into Facebook.

2. 
    

   Click on “Profile” at the top of the page and then click on “Photos”

3. 
    

   Click on the “Create a Photo Album” button.

4. 
    

   Name the Album, set your privacy settings, and click on “Create Album”. To set you privacy settings, click the little down arrow to the right of where it says “Everyone” and select “Only Friends”.

5. 
    

   Click on the “Browse” button to select photos.

6. 
    

   Select the photos from your computer by highlighting the file and clicking "Open".

7. 
    

   Click the box to the left of the sentence: “I certify that I have the right to distribute these photos and that they do not violate the Terms of Use” and then click the “Upload Photos” button.

8. 
    

   After your photos have uploaded, provide captions for each photo (optional).

9. 
    

   Click the “Publish Now” button. You are done!

Tips & Warnings

• Be patient when the files are uploading! It may take time depending on the size of your photos and/or your connection speed.
• You can customize your privacy settings to allow only certain people to see it by selecting "Customize..." from the drop-down menu.

on 10/24/2009 I have done that, i still found difficulty in uploading my photos.It is telling me i should use the full version uploader not the simpler facebook uploader.
