Things You'll Need:
- Whey Protein power
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbs all natural peanut butter.
- 1 cup ice (more if preferred)
- 1\2 cup water.
- Blender
- optional: 1tbs milled flax seed.

Step 1
A banana and peanut butter!Put 1\2 cup water and a scoop of Whey into a blender and mix for a few seconds. Add 1 banana chopped up into the blender and mix again. Add two Tbs Natural peanut butter (better than normal) and blend again.

Step 2
Add one cup of ice to the Blender and mix. Ice adds texture to the protein shake, if you blend enough ice it will turn into the consistency of a nice milkshake. Avoid adding so much ice that you end up with several cups of the mixture because you will have to drink it all to get the protein power into your system. Now you have a very tasty protein shake, in my opinion its much better than just a plain old mixture of water and power. The banana and peanut butter add a lot of flavor and good calories and even more protein to the shake.

Step 3
BlenderDrink this shake within an hour after a workout or as a meal supplement or replacement. Avoid using it as a full meal replacement because nothing compares to real food but in a pinch its a good choice. If you are bulking(adding weight)feel free to use milk rather than water.
