Adjusting to college life

Adjusting to college life can be hard, if you don't know what to do. Just like High School, you're going to find out that adjusting to college may be easier than you think

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

When you first get to your new campus and your new dorm room, the campus will be absolutely buzzing and everyone will be excited to start their new lives and your first new friend will be the roommate that you are assigned, hopefully he or she will be someone you have things in common with but if not there is not really anything you can do about that but when it comes to the new friends that you do have some say so on choosing, befriend people who really understands being on their own for the first time and who want to master what it takes to be a successful student.

  2. Step 2

Don't overwhelm yourself by taking the most difficult classes that are listed but don't be afraid to challenge yourself either. Take the time to carefully balance your classes, try taking half tough classes and half easy classes. Look at it this way, sooner or later you will have to take certain classes and you would rather determine when to take your core classes, as opposed to having them dumped on you.

  3. Step 3

The years that you will spend in college will be the absolute best time in your life: it's when you begin to really figure out who you are, you begin to develop and real sense of independence (even though you're still on your parents dime) and it will be the most fun you will ever have in life. Of course understand that you are on that campus to get a quality education but enjoy yourself because those 4-5 years will be over before you know it and then, well things really get interesting after you graduate from college and get introduced to the real world. So enjoy the college experience because there is no other experience like it.
