Fruit makes a healthy appetizer for any gathering. Fruit adds vitamins and antioxidants to the meal. They can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. Plain fruit itself is tasty. However, you can quickly enhance the taste and create a special treat by making it a fruit dip companion. Guests can choose to have their fruit plain or dipped into a creamy sauce.
Things You'll Need
- 1 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 cups cool whip
- Mixing bowl
- Serving bowl
Pour one cup of plain non-fat yogurt, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of orange juice, and one tablespoon of lemon zest into a large mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients using a whisk until thoroughly combined.
