How to Make A Mini Christmas Tree

Artificial Christmas trees come in all sizes. Add a few bows, some ribbon, mini pine cones, some garland, miniature ornaments, some baby breath, silk flowers and a small tree skirt and there you have it, a gift or a decoration for your home.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Small artificial tree
• Ribbon
• Pine cones
• crocheted doily or cloth tree skirt
• Glue gun and glue sticks
• baby's breath
• Mini Beaded garland
• Bows
• Mini silk flowers

1. Bend and arrange the tree limbs into a natural shape.

2. Drape the garland evenly around the tree. Spot glue, to hold in place. Glue the pine cones, mini ornaments and ribbon bows evenly around the tree. Add baby's breath as an accent.

3. Make a bow with four long streamers and glue to the top of the tree. Glue the long streamers down the tree and glue the ends of the ribbon under the bottom of the tree.

4. Add the tree skirt, one you have made or one you can buy at the craft store. You can buy pre-made doilies for this. Snip up one edge, and wrap around the base of the tree. Glue to secure.

Tips & Warnings

• This looks really good on a mantle with little mini packages at the base.
• For the packages, wrap little cubes of wood with wrapping paper and a small bow.
