How to make Berry Parfait

Berry parfait is a great way to enjoy your fruits. Best part is the parfait can be made up with your favorite fruits mixes or you can mix the fruit a little different each time you make the berry parfait.
Great for fruits like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, huckleberries, and strawberries. Did I mention Strawberries!

Delicious, quick and simple summer treat.

Incase you wanted to know what a parfait is, thank to wikipedia:

French parfait, frozen custard made with cream, and usually with a fruit puree.

American parfait, a tall glass filled with ice cream, layered with various syrups, topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

Yogurt parfait, yogurt, fruit and granola layered in a tall glass, intended as a more healthful alternative to the ice cream parfait.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 - 8 ounce package of crème cheese (softened)
  • 1 3.4 ounce box of vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 ½ cup of milk
  • 24 vanilla wafers (coarsely crushed)
  • 1 cup of cool whip (thawed)
  • 1 ½ cup of berries of your choice
  • Parfait Glass
  • Large Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Mixer
  1. Step 1

    In large mixing bowl, beat with a mixer 8 ounce package of crème cheese (softened)until creamy. Gradually add in 1 ½ cup of milk while mixing.

  2. Step 2

    Add 3.4 ounce box of vanilla instant pudding mix and mix well. Whisk in 1 cup of cool whip (thawed).

  3. Step 3

    In parfait glass layer the wafers, fruits of your choice, pudding mix to your liking and top with cool whip. Best with fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries.
