The Magic tunic is a special piece of armor you can unlock that gives you invincibility at the cost of rupees. Wearing magic armor constantly drains your supply of rupees, and every time you are hit by an enemy, instead of taking damage you will lose a dozen rupees.

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

First, you need a better wallet. Find Agatha's castle in south Castle town. Talk to Agatha, then catch a golden bug in the field to the south and bring it back to her. You will recieve a 600 rupee wallet. Bringing bugs to Agnatha is an effective way to gain rupees.

  2. Step 2

Find the Goron in Kakariko Village in the Malo Mart who wants 1000 rupees to fix the bridge in castle town. Collect these rupees and donate them. You do not need an 1000 rupee wallet for this, you can give the rupees a little at a time.

  3. Step 3

Talk to the Goron outside the Malo Mart until he tells you to bring a barrel of hot water to a Goron outside castle town. Run the barrel over to the Goron. This step is optional, however you will need to collect 1800 more rupees if you skip this.

  4. Step 4

You now need to collect an additional 200 rupees. Give them to the Goron inside the Malo Mart.

  5. Step 5

Another Malo Mart will now open in Castle Town. You can buy the magic tunic for 598 rupees here.

  6. Step 6

If you collect 60 poe souls and give them to Jovani, he will grant you unlimited rupees. Now, you do not need to worry about rupee drain when wearing the magic armour. You are invincible.
