Step 1
Discuss with your partner their desires and limitations. It's always fun to explore your sexuality but you don't want to end up hurting someone's feelings or sending them to the hospital!
Luckily, domination is just as much physical as it is psychological so you really don't need alto of equipment. -
Step 2
Start by asserting your dominance over the slave. Make him/her do humiliating favors/things for you. Example: make him/her go fetch the paper like a dog, paper in mouth crawling on all fours.
By asserting your dominance over your slave you begin the process of breaking down the individual and building up an obedient servant. -
Step 3
Once you have established dominance over your slave you can begin to punish him/her for being ... pathetic.
Punishment doesn't have to include pain if it makes you uncomfortable. Punishment can involve anything from orgasm denial to full out physical torture.
If you do decide to go the physical route you will need to invest in tools for restraint and punishment. -
Step 4
Tools for punishment: can be anything from an old leather belt/metal spatula, to a high end, designer leather, custom made paddle. You always want to discuss in advance what you can and can't hit your slave with.

Tools for restraint: can be anything from neckties, jump rope, bungee cord, saran wrap, non-sticky tape. You can even be creative and install d-rings and hooks around your bed to hold ropes and suspend your slave.

Reward: make sure that there is always some type of reward for your slave at the end of your session. You want to push your slave to their limits but not over the edge.
Rewards can range from intercourse allowance to a physical gift.
You want your slave to always come back for more.
