   Get a metal file cabinet. Most people already have a metal file cabinet lying around the house. If not they are'nt that expensive to buy at your local store or you might be able to find one really cheap on craigslist, a garage sale etc.

2. Make sure your file cabinet is in a safe place such as keeping it away from hazards like gas pipes, flamable materials, materials that are really combustable, propane tanks, etc. And if you can try to keep it on the first floor if you have a 2 story home.

3. Grab your valuables put them inside and lock it up. That's all you have to do.
