Things You'll Need:
- Basmati Rice
- Meat in Curry Sauce
- Plate
- Napkins!
-
Step 1
http://www.yeos.com.sg/images/brands/pic_singapore_malaysiacurry.jpgFirst you need some curry and rice. Either order some Indian take-out, or feel free to make your own. Starting from scratch can take a while. Instead, consider stir-frying some chicken in a pan and adding a jar of curry sauce from the International aisle of your local supermarket.
-
Step 2
On a plate, place rice on one half and the sauce on the other. Like an artist's palette, the plate will be used to create the perfect consistency of rice and sauce. The middle part of the plate between the two foods is where you will mix. Using your pointer, middle and ring finger, mix the rice with some curry sauce. The consistency should be sticky; use more rice than sauce. If the rice is too saucy, it will not clump together. It is essential for the rice to still clump in order for it to be picked up.
-
Step 3
Once the proper mix of rice and sauce is achieved, create a small bite-size mound of rice on the plate.
-
Step 4
Like a shovel, scoop the mound up onto the tips of your pointer, middle and ring fingers. This is the hardest part!
-
Step 5
Place your pointer, middle and ring fingers at the opening of your mouth. Use your thumb to shove in the rice.
-
Step 6
Lick your fingers!
