How to Burn Text Information to a Writable CD

Text files consist of readable characters. In Windows, the default extension for a text file is .txt, though some text files may appear with other extensions such as .log or .bat. Text files can be created and edited with editors such as Notepad or WordPad that are native to Windows. You can write text files to a CD-RW as a way to create a backup or to distribute them.
