The lemon detox works by giving you energy while at the same time ridding your body of toxins.     Before starting the lemon detox diet, you need to buy some materials. You can find these ingredients at any local supermarket. The ingredients needed are lemons, pure maple syrup, and cayenne pepper.

    Cut the lemon and squeeze the lemon juice into a cup along with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.

  3. Step 3

    Add the cayenne pepper to the lemon juice and maple syrup concoction.

    Finally add water to the cup, stir it up and drink.

    Do the lemon detox diet in the morning for maximum detox effect. Mornings are the best time since that is when the body cleanses toxins the most.
