Things You'll Need:
- 2 golf balls.
- a chair to sit in.

Step 1
Get 2 golf balls and sit in a chair that will give you enough leverage to focus on putting pressure on your feet. A dinette chair will probably work best.

Step 2
Put the 2 golf balls on the floor. Place them under your feet and begin to roll them back and forth on the arc of your foot. Do this on the inside, outside, and middle of your foot. The pressure should be intense enough to your threshold.

Step 3
With the balls under both heels (centered), put enough force directly on the balls with as much force as your body will allow. In this step, you will not roll the balls around.

Step 4
Repeat step 3 under each ball of each toe. The ball under the big toe is easy to find as it is very big. The other 4 balls for the remaining toes may first need to be identified by hand as they are hard to find.

Step 5
Repeat step 2-4 for about 45 mins. Once complete, you will feel immediate back pain. You can do this while you are watching your fav TV program.
