The projection of the Mental/Astral Body becomes very simple with just this one exercise.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Chair
  • quiet room
  • a tall mirror
  1. Step 1

The purpose is to learn 360 degree. vision, which is the ability to see around yourself with your eyes shut. The trick is to practice/exercise as many times as you can until you can see yourself perfectly clear with your eyes shut. Start with observing yourself in a mirror. Observe and memorize all your features from head to toe.

  2. Step 2

Next, look around yourself in a circle with your eyes shut, as many times a day as you can, for as long as you can, until you can see perfectly clear in a 360 circular pattern around yourself. You should get the sensation as if you were a planetary probe or a rotating satellite orbiting your physical body and around the room you're sitting in.

  3. Step 3

Now, once this is clear, extend further and further from yourself until you can see the shape of your room and the objects in it. Zoom in and out of the nearby objects. Then, do your entire house. Then, do your yard.

Tips & Warnings
  • When you can easily slip into this vision, and hold it under control for 8 minutes, then your mental body is prepared and ready for actual projection. With projection, you will automatically step into your mental body without any effort or concentration. If you practice everyday intently, then this should take you about 4 weeks 1 (month) to gain control. The only key here is to practice in every free moment until it becomes clear.
  • If you do not practice in every free moment, then you will delay your progress and will take you longer.
