How to make Blueberry Muffins

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup and a half of all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, half a teaspoon of salt, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 large egg, beaten 3/4 cup of milk, and 1 cup of blueberries.
  1. Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 400. Line a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Fill cups about halfway with water. The is easy to make and they taste so good. This is not hard to make very simple to make.

  2. Step 2

    Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar. in a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg and milk. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and whisk until just blended mixture should be slightly lumpy.

  3. Step 3

    Add the blueberries to the bowl and stir them in just enough to combine. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups. Bake the muffins until golden. 18 to 24 minutes. Remove the muffins from the pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool. Muffins are good when they are warm. I like mine warm with butter on then. I hope you like them.
