In peanut league, when a youngster pitches well, the word is, " wow, what arm on Johnny". Although not all false, many other parts of the body are used for this task. This article will touch on building leg strength, since they are a key element for building pitching power.

A simple concept should be understood about the human body, the lager the muscle group , the more intense it should be trained. In short pitching requires a great deal of muscle strength. Most of a pitchers power, comes from their leg strength. To achieve powerful legs, simple running techniques could help any athletic reach their goals.

Step 3
a stop watch helps control time limitsRunning everyday for a least two miles in a certain pattern will increase the necessary elements for a pitcher to gain speed while throwing a ball. Begin your daily run, for a half mile, rest for five seconds, then SPRINT ( as fast as you can ) , for 100 feet. Continue this pattern until the two mile run is complete. Try to sprint at least four times during training. The sprinting exercise actually is the key factor to success. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!
