Knowing how to shrink your belly will help you to control your weight and look better all over. When you are losing weight, you will lose it evenly all over your body.       REDUCE FOOD INTAKE - Reduce the amount of calories that you consume each day.

      Men should not eat less than 1,200 calories in a day, women should not eat less than 1,500 calories per day. Children should not diet unless it is under doctor supervision. Children should eat healthy everyday.

      Drink at least twelve glasses of water per day.

      Cut out all nutritionally poor foods from your diet, such as junk food, fast food, packaged and processed foods, foods containing partially hydrogenated oils, foods containing high fructose corn syrup or trans fats.

      EXERCISE EVERYDAY - That's right, everyday. If you are thinking that it is too much or obsessive to exercise everyday, then you will have a difficult time reaching your goal.

      The good news is that exercise can be easy. One of the best forms of exercise is walking. Begin a walking routine today. Walk as often as you can but, make sure walking is in your schedule everyday.

      You should exercise five to seven days per week for at least a 1/2 hour. You should also ad a weight training routine to your schedule, three to five days per week.

      SCULPT YOUR ABS - Concentrate on your ab muscles if you want your belly to look better or if you want to achieve the "six pack" abs look.

      1. Tighten your abdominal muscles and hold it for as long as possible whenever you remember to do so such as when you are in the car or when you are doing your daily walk.

      2. Do sit-ups, crunches and planks everyday.

      3. Use your abdominal muscles whenever possible.

      Be conscious of you abs everyday and you will have fab abs in no time.
