    • 1 skinless chicken breast per person
    • Lemon pepper seasoning
    • Baking sheet

        Cut the fat off the breasts. Place the breasts on the baking sheet and generously sprinkle the seasoning on the top side. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

        Place the baking sheet in the center rack. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes.

        Flip the chicken over and season the other side. Place the chicken back in the oven for 15 more minutes.

        Let the chicken stand for 5 minutes before it is served.
