How to Prepare Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast

Baked chicken breast is healthy, but it can be very bland. A lemon pepper version can change that. This version, which just requires a large about of lemon pepper seasoning, can be fixed in about 35 minutes. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Things You'll Need

• 1 skinless chicken breast per person
• Lemon pepper seasoning
• Baking sheet

Instructions

1. Cut the fat off the breasts. Place the breasts on the baking sheet and generously sprinkle the seasoning on the top side. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place the baking sheet in the center rack. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes.

3. Flip the chicken over and season the other side. Place the chicken back in the oven for 15 more minutes.

4. Let the chicken stand for 5 minutes before it is served.

Tips & Warnings

• I like to serve Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast with mixed steamed vegetables. I try to mix different vegetables every time, to keep the meal exciting.

• If you are counting calories and need to eat a certain amount of chicken breast a day, you can make several chicken breasts this way. Then you can split up your servings.
