Step 1
To add the antioxidant power of blueberries to your daily diet the first thing you should do is to choose the time of day that you want to eat your blueberries doing this will make it a habit and will help ensure that you are getting the antioxidant power of this fruit.

First buy your supply of blueberries. I find that for convenience it is easier to buy a large bag of frozen blueberries so I always have the them on hand no matter what season it is. frozen blueberries contain the same antioxident power as fresh bluberries so they are still a good addition to your diet.

The next items you will need to make a simple and nutritious snack or breakfast meal that is packed full of antioxidant benefits is a container of plain yogurt and walnuts. I buy the twenty four ounce carton of yogurt and a two pound bag of walnuts to make sure I have enough to make several breakfasts or snacks. Both of these ingredients are also good items to add to your daily diet.

Step 4
Place the yogurt in an indivdual serving dish about a six to eight ounce serving and put a half a cup of blue berries on top of it. ( make sure they are defrosted if they are frozen)
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on to of this mixture and it is ready to eat. I find this is a great way to add the antioxident power of blueberries to your diet and it is also very tasty
