Facial masks can have extremely positive benefits for the skin of both men and women. Spas and salons across the nation charge ridiculous amounts of money for treatments and facial masks that you can make at home with ingredients from your own refrigerator! For each person, there is a different mask that will improve the look and feel of your individual skin type. Choose the one that is best for you and wait for the great results to appear!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Tomato
  • Lemon Juice
  • Instant Oatmeal
  • 1 Peach
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Serving of full fat yogurt
  • Honey
  • Almond Oil
  • Yogurt
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Heavy Cream
  • Cottage Cheese
  1. Step 1

    For an EXFOLIATING mask:

    Put 1 overly ripe tomato, 1 Tsp of Lemon Juice and 1 Tsp of instant oatmeal into a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Apply the mixture to your face for at least 20 minutes. Rinse face with warm water. Repeat daily for best results.

  2. Step 2

    For a Skin TIGHTENING mask:

    Peel and remove the pit from one ripe peach. Place the peach as well as 1 egg white and 1 Tsp. of unflavored and full fat yogurt into a blender. Mix until smooth and apply to face. Leave the facial mask for 30 minutes and rinse with cool water.

  3. Step 3

    For a Skin SMOOTHING mask:

    Mix one tbsp. of honey, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 tsp of almond oil and 1 tbsp. yogurt until creamy and smooth. Apply mixture to your face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

  4. Step 4

    For Skin MOISTURIZING mask:

    In a blender, mix 1 tbsp. cocoa powder, 1 tbsp heavy cream, 1 Tsp Cottage Cheese, 4 tsp honey and 1 Tsp oatmeal until creamy. Apply the mixture onto your face evenly and smoothly. Let sit for ten minutes and rinse off with warm water.

Tips & Warnings
  • Repeating use of these masks will help to increase the results.
  • Do not use a mask if the it contains ingredients that you are allergic to.

on 10/6/2009 Yes! =) I have tried them, I wont write about something that I have never done. Natural remedies work great but you will always see better results if you do them 2-4 times a week.
