Step 1
TIMING:
Lunesta is a powerful sleep aid. Taking lunesta too early before your desired bedtime will result in drowsiness. Take lunesta as close to when you want to go to sleep as possible. For best results, take it within 5 minutes of sleep. -

SCHEDULE:
Lunesta should only be taken if you have an eight hour window available for sleep. You will sleep better with lunesta, and even though you might think eight hours is impossible, you will be pleasantly suprised with the results. -
Step 3
WHAT TO TAKE IT WITH:
Always take Lunesta with water, and the more the merrier. For best results, take Lunesta with at least 8 ounces of water. Never take lunesta with alcohol. -
