These forms will present all of the required information you need to review candidates for an open position in your company. Instructions

1. Find a website that offers free online job application templates. These templates can be downloaded onto your computer and then customized with your business information. For instance, check out the selections available through DocStoc.

2. Download the selected online application template in a word processing program on your computer. Change the heading to display your business name, address, phone number and email. If you have a logo, you can add it at this time as well.

3. Review the sections of the application form to ensure it includes all of the information you require for your business. Examples of sections include contact details, educational background, employment history, summary of job duties, references and professional qualifications.

4. Post the application on your website, or print out copies of the document. Add the application form in HTML on your site or allow applicants to download it as a PDF file by including a link on your website. Make sure you include clear instructions on how applicants can submit the application online. You may choose to accept electronic submissions or instead provide an email address where the application form can be sent.
