Dandelion wine is truly excellent. If you are going to try and make it yourself, then make sure only the yellow petals are used. Absolutely no green parts should be allowed in the mix. It makes an incredibly sweet and potent sparkling white wine, but not too sweet.

This recipe allows you to make your own dandelion blossom wine at home with just a few ingredients. Makes some pretty good vino! This is an old recipe my grandmother gave me a long time ago. Enjoy.
