How to Shape Eyebrows when Tweezing
Eyebrows attract a lot of attention to the eyes, so it is important to shape them properly in a manner that will enhance the eyes and be pleasing to look at. When eyebrows are not shaped properly, they will also draw attention, but not in a good way.
There are a variety of ways to shape the eyebrows, such as waxing, threading and tweezing, but tweezing is likely the easiest way to shape your eyebrows at home.
The eyebrow shape should start right above the corner of the inner eye and extend to slightly beyond the outer corner. The arch should be directly above the outer edge of the iris.

3
Tweeze the area below the eyebrow out to slightly beyond the outer edge of the eye. Remove any hairs that look out of place.

4
Determine where your eyebrow should end. Take the straight edge and anchor one end to the outer part of your nostril. Place the other end toward the edge of the outer part of your eyebrow. Make a dot where the pencil meets the eyebrow. Pluck any hairs outside of this dot.

Determine where the natural arch, or highest point, of your eyebrow is. Take the straight edge and line it up vertically with the outer edge of the colored part of your eye. Make a dot where the straight edge crosses the eyebrow perpendicularly. This is the highest part of your natural arch. Tweeze any stray hairs that are growing above it.

Brush the eyebrows and cut any long hairs that curl and/or don't fall into place with the flow of the eyebrow.

Tips & Warnings
When tweezing, hold hair close to the base and pluck in the direction that it grows.
Pluck only one hair at a time.
Fill in sparse areas with an eyebrow pencil or powder close to the color of your hair.
Do not wax or shave eyebrows, as those methods can contribute to ingrown hairs.
