Do you need a crazy hat that wiggles? For giggles, of coarse you do. You will learn to make a hat that will be the envy of all your friends. You can make any theme hat with these steps.

      Decide on the color and theme you want. Use a sturdy hat without a floppy brim. Visit a craft store for ideas, shop for small and large flowers, a lei works great they are cheap and easy to find in lots of colors. Look in the scrapbook department for interesting ideas, find funny things to stick on your hat. Now you need a bobble head...there are bobble Santas..hula grls..flamingos and many others.

      Set your hat on something sturdy, a large can works great. Put foil or wax paper under the top. Put a lot of glue in the center of the top and let it dry a minute or two. Sit your bobble head in the glue and hold it a minute to let it dry a little, then let it dry overnight at the least.

      Use a glue gun to glue smaller flowers and smaller items around the bobble head base. Use liquid glue under the items to reinforce them..lots of glue..around the brim use larger flowers, shells, netting poufs, or anything else you find to go with your theme. Make a netting poof ..cut a foot of netting{or any size you want} and tie a knot in the middle, then stick it in between your flowers.

  • think out of the box for funny items
