Download a free trial of Snagit from http://www.techsmith.com/download/snagittrial.asp. After you install the software with the simple wizard, you are ready to begin taking screen shots.

Open Snagit 9 from your Start menu.

Click the red capture button and your computer cursor changes into a hand that allows you to draw a rectangle around anything you see on the computer screen. Once you draw the rectangle and the screen capture is complete, it automatically saves it for you to view later. You can take hundreds of screen shots and tag them later. You never have to worry about losing any screen shot you take.
