eHow articles -- you spend your time, thoughts, energy -- you throw yourself into your articles hoping that someone somewhere out there in cyberland you take the time to read and use them.

Yes, you can surf your friend's articles on eHow, make smart comments and hope that they will return the favor. You can get the word out to close friends and relatives when you have a new article to release.

But how do you get real article traffic to your ehow articles?

Step 1

Traffic Swarm -- link provided at the bottom in resources

This is my favorite way of getting article traffic. You can sign up for a free account and have your articles circulating within 24 hours. Each account will allow you to post up to 5 urls (in this case articles) at a time.

Don't buy credits. All you have to do is surf for 10 minutes or so and you'll have enough credits for your articles for the day.

If you have multiple email accounts, you can get multiple traffic swarm accounts. It's an excellent safe place to get your article out there.

CafeMom -- link is provided below in resources

This is my favorite social networking place. Who needs myspace or facebook -- cafemom has hundreds of thousands of moms with various interests login on each day. You can post your articles in your journal and online mom friends will be notified that you posted a new article.

Create a blog -- link and sample blog is listed below in resources

Visit other people's blogs, comment on their blogs then subscribe to their blogs. Most of the time, they will subscribe back to you blog. You can either incorporate your articles in your blog posts or add the eHow widget in your sidebar (see the blog below).
