Making this apple cider vinegar weight loss drink is extremely easy. What's more, the addition of honey means beneficial enzymes and a sweeter taste. Apple cider vinegar is an old standby remedy, and for good reason: it's a source of calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese, and other minerals, as well as vitamin C. It also contains Malic Acid, which is known to soften gallstones and fight fatigue. Apple cider vinegar's ability to improve digestion and overall health are thought to be the reason why it supports weight loss.
