How to Make a Glaze for a Spiral Ham

  • 1 8 lb. precooked spiral-sliced ham
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsps. fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • Roasting pan

      Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

      Using a sharp paring knife, make shallow cross-cuts over the ham's surface.

      Place ham in roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes.

      Combine maple syrup, marmalade, orange juice, cloves and pepper in a small bowl.
