Create an account. When the site loads, double click on the "Register" tab in the upper-right corner of the screen. Fill out the data forms, then click "Register Now."

Select the house requirements and features you desire. There will be data forms and check boxes along the left pane of the screen. Type only numerical sizes for an approximate square footage, and check any boxes that apply to lock in the number of rooms you desire for your home and click "Submit". The home plan database will be diminished to match the home size you desire.

Choose the house plan that best fits your request. Scroll through the list of house plans that will be displayed on your screen. Double click on the home image you desire, and all of the specifications and details regarding the house plan will appear on the following screen.

Alter the design if you desire. Once you have found a house plan that you like, you can alter certain aspects of it to your liking. Below the house's image and specifications, click on the link that reads "Use Our Flash Customizer" within he Floor Plan section of the page. You will then be able move a certain area of the house around and resize its square footage and arrangement as needed.
