Things You'll Need:
- frozen fruit
- protein powder or non-fat yogurt
- peanut butter or flax seed oil
- non-fat milk or soy milk
- banana

Step 1
Add one to two scoops of protein powder, or 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt, to bottom of blender. Pour in 1/2 cup non-fat milk or soy milk. Remember, you can always add more milk later if needed to obtain the perfect texture of smoothie.

Add 1 cup of frozen fruit,any fruit will do. By using frozen fruit we avoid having to add ice to the smoothie. Add one banana. Add 1 Tablespoon of either peanut butter or flax seed oil, depending on the flavor of smoothie you are going for. And blend!

Any frozen fruit will do for your smoothie. There are endless possibilities as far as flavors go with making protein smoothies. You may even find that you like a chocolate flavored protein powder, paired with frozen bananas for a truly delicious, but guilt-free treat. Making smoothies is a great way to fill up on fiber, protein and healthy fats, while getting a few servings of fruit into your daily diet.
